Confirmation Class meets during the Sunday School hour each Sunday morning beginning in August and concluding in May. Confirmation includes many experiences and activities beyond Sunday morning and a complete schedule is shown below. |

Confirmation is an opportunity for our youth to respond to God's calling to be disciples of Jesus Christ. As part of the baptismal covenant, the congregation as the community of faith has an obligation to all persons who have not been confirmed "to love and care for them, to increase their faith, confirm their hope, and perfect them in love." We give our 6th graders an complete and systematic overview of the Christian faith, explore how to build a relationship with God, and learn how to live as a Christian so that they will be open to being formed and transformed by God and able to say, "I am a Christian." |
