March 7, Every Thursday || 12-1 p.m., ages above 65 || First LBK Gym

Training and exercise classes begin in March. Those below 65 will be working on general conditioning, those above 65 will work on flexibility and mobility. The first three months are free to First LBK members, then $10 per class. Wear loose clothing and tennis shoes. Led by professional trainer, Alonzo Garcia.

Dr. Carl Andersen- founder of the Center for the Study of Addiction at Texas Tech University will lead a recovery conference open to all. Everyone can benefit from learning about a recovery model. Join us October 6, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. A question and answer session will take place from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The conference is in the Christian Life Center Worship Center. Youth Choir Spring Concert

Youth Choir Spring Concert

The youth choir will present a spring concert on Sunday, May 21st in Bowman Chapel. We will sing selections from this past year and will feature vocal solos, duets, and instrumental solos from choir members. We will also recognize 2017 graduating senior, Jacob Nance. 

This concert is in preparation for our spring choir mission tour to the Florence, Texas area.
